Well, surely it can’t be the Victor Buono wannabe that Dirty supposedly knifed at the start of this saga, in spite of the similar dialog and film noir atmosphere. But I would certainly nominate him as “The Villain with the Shrunken Head”.
Of course, this is not the “Fat Fence” we first saw back in November 2017. His build suggests Dyer or his lieutenant. Hey! At least we now know the name of Backpack Guy.
