Well, it looks like Jadsen (Crypto Bro) is still recording the incident, after all (panel 3). Perhaps Jules Rivera doesn’t want to make him to appear as too much of a doofus.
But in a holdover from the prior Trailverse, Captain Obvious informs everybody what everybody already knows, unless Mark is simply verbally expressing his own realization of what happened: That Cricket Bro’s butt-cheeks are too big to pull him out of the hole he has gotten himself stuck into.
This doesn’t seem like the kind of cave rescue Mark has been watching and pining for. It’s really more of a plumbing problem. Hopefully, Mark has a hammer, shovel, or small pickaxe on hand to enlarge and unclog the hole Cricket Bro is stuck in. But will this lead to a bigger problem, such as Cricket Bro falling through, or maybe an unseen water source suddenly filling the cave? Otherwise, this could be a really short story. I’m guessing something is going to happen to complicate the situation.
The Daily Trail 
So… are we saying that the ass is stuck because his ass, which went into the hole, is somehow too big to come back out through it? What, did it expand after he fell through? Are his feet in fact dangling above a bottomless pit, with the clenching of his glutes being the only thing keeping him from slipping down and being lost forever? This could indeed get interesting… but it probably won’t.

I’m waiting for lots of puns here. Will Mark say he is sorry to have to “butt in”? or maybe exclaim “Butt me no buts, Cricket Bro ! I’d be an ass to not offer my help, in spite of all of the times you tried to ruin, embarr-ass, and even kill me!”
