  1. How is all of this dialog taking place after Mark and Company have arrived, yet they are still outside? And why are they all inside if Mark and Company are outside? Wouldn’t they be coming outside to welcome Mark? I mean, how would Johnny know what Mark and Company want to do if he is still inside? And if he was outside, why did he come inside? And…I gotta lie down.
