You hit on the obvious problem here – if the plane is in its final approach, it is most likely too low for a traditional bailout. And this guy certainly doesn’t strike me as a former military pilot or even a pilot with much experience (not that I am a pilot either, for that matter). I’m sure this guy also packed his own chute, right?
